Brazilian barbecue!

Eight of us had lunch today at a real Brazilian barbecue restaurant. They are quite fancy. There's a huge buffet lined with everything from sushi to crab to paella and just about every delicious dish you can imagine. They give you a card that you turn over to signal whether you want more meat. And then the waiters come out with giant skewers and knives, cutting huge slices from the slabs they carry. They give you as much as you want, and keep offering more. Chicken, beef stuffed with cheddar, ham, ham slathered in mustard, sausages of all sorts, lamb, roast beef, and it just never stops until you turn your card over. We stuffed ourselves, and then ate more. It was amazing...
