Getting on our rain gear for the boat trip

We had to strip off and gear up with plastic coats, rain ponchos, bathing suits, giant waterproof bags for our stuff, and rather clammy life preservers. We did this while standing on the narrow and incredibly steep stairs leading down to the launch.
