As we arrived in Mborore, we saw only one modern building, the tiny town school. A few kids were in the yard and they waved as we drove past. The few buildings were low around a small courtyard, and as the road curved past, we could see that the small kitchen was open to the outside and they were cooking food on an open fire. Our guide told us that the Argentinian government has a program that funds schools in all indigenous communities, and the children learn both Spanish and their local language.
