Oh, the airport

We are on our way from Manaus to Salvador, via Belem, p Eliza, and Recife. We touch down, people get off the plane, other people get on, and then we fly off to the next airport. BUT. Something isn't working on our plane, and they offloaded us into a tiny little airport. It's getting later and later, and we are now hours behind schedule. We are just waiting it out, tired, a little confused, but safe and ultimately fine. We may or may not make it to Salvador tonight, or we may sleep here. But in either case, it's an adventure, even if its not a particularly fun one.
