The zoo

We weren't supposed to go to the zoo but we ended up there anyway. The zoo here is run by the military--what?? We saw soldiers in full uniform, with weapons even, working there. We had the chance to see some amazing animals: giant capybaras (extremely large and cute rodents with big rounded noses), anacondas, gorgeous rainforest birds, an eagle with deep blue feathers, monkeys of every sort, and 4 different kinds if jaguars.
