On the boat

The boat ride was really fun and really really wet. The boat was open on the top and sides, so we had maximum splash opportunity. We zipped up to the base of multiple different parts of the various falls. When we got to the base of the main one, the devil's throat, our boat suddenly sped up and took us right up under the edge of the curtain. The boat lit up with screams as we were completely drenched by pouring water. We were soaked. Even some of the people in full rain gear managed to get wet, hair plastered back, shoes wet, faces dripping with the showering spray. And then the boat turned and took us through again!
